Registered for driving class in A2Z driving school, kaloor, kochi. Even after 3 weeks, they have not bothered to contact me for class details. Every week i call, they said it will start. After approx 3 weeks, they dint start the class nor bothered to notify me of any updates. I asked for refund, again excuses on excuses. Went to branch office of A2Z and they said refund will be processed. Even after 1 month, Kaloor branch has not processed refund. Now, they have resorted to not even reply on WhatsApp.

I enrolled at A2Z Driving School Eramaloor in 2019 but couldn’t attend classes due to pursuing higher studies. Upon returning in December 2022, I paid the full fees and resumed classes. However, delays in the schedule prevented me from taking the test. On March 18th, 2024, I visited the A2Z Eramaloor branch to renew my learner’s license and schedule a test, but I haven’t received any updates since. The service provided by the two staff members there has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated calls, I’ve been given excuses like network issues, staff shortages, and personal problems.If this situation persists, I’ll take legal action against the driving school for violating regulations and against the two negligent staff members.
Alternatively, I request a full refund of my fees if you don’t have any solution
