I ordered samsung galaxy z fold 4 from amazon. The product i received was already used. I initiated a return for the same after talking to amazon customer service after getting confirmation that i will get my refund soon. The product got picked up on 10th nov and i was told i will get the refund by 22nd nov. I have been calling amazon customer service since then and they give me new refund date on every call and talk in rude manner. I am really fed up with all this and this shows that the customers are not treated right and we as a customer cant do anything.
