My booking Reference ID is REF852742055 Mumbai To Chandigarh flight booked via Travel Look. Confirmation number MPMF6X. Total amount 2980/- I cancelled my trip due to personal reasons and requested refund on 12th September 2021. Since then till today 11th January 2022, I have not received any payment. On phone calls there representatives keep giving false promises, on email I have send them undertaking form as well along with my passport and I am worried about identity theft now coz this company is fraud. I cannot describe the emotional and mental harassment this company has given me and no compensation for the same. I am baffled to know that such people live like parasites on other people’s lack of knowledge and actually sleep well at night. I need a complaint registered and my issue resolved.
