I had book a flight ticket from patym which was scheduled on 11 April, 2021 but was cancelled by the Airline. So i opted for a refund and I had done insurance for the same. But its almost a month now but i haven’t receive my refund. I talked with their customer executives but they are of no help and i have raised more than 5 tickets in the paytm app but with same result.
