Dear Sir/Madam,
I,Vijay Kumar Prajapati, booked my flight (PNR no – HE5DPL and booking id- FF2009128469666) from varanasi to chennai on 25 Nov, but due to covid 19 I got the message on 27 Oct that your flight is cancelled and there is choice of full refund or reschedule. So I selected full refund but till now amount is not credited to my mode of payment. I complaint to flipkart executive many times, all of them told that your amount will refund within 24 days again and again but till now amount is not credited to my mode of payment. There are more than 2 months from cancellation. I request you to look into the matter.
I am sending some necessary files as a proof.
