IT IS VERY PAINFUL TO SEE THAT IRCTC IS NOT PROCESSING THE REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED TICKETS. INSPITE OF REFUND STATUS BEING SHOWN AS “SENT TO BANK” FROM PAST 10 DAYS, BUT THERE IS NO CREDIT OF THE REFUND AMOUNT. IRCTC HAS STARTED CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS
