I ordered the product ( hair removal machine) from meesho on date 07-08-2022 but the product was defective so i returned it on 08-08-2022. but refund is not process in my bank account so i called customer care number they said please wait for 3-5 days i’ll wait, but amount not process i called them again and talk with them now they said sent account statement then i sent statement also and now they said wait for 24 hours. i’ll wait but again amount not process in my account i called again and again they said wait for 4-5 days.
