Text of Complaint by Pratibha Baithwar:

I have booked my flight with you on 20th may for 21st may in some offer discount when I was about to book it was showing date 21st may but after booking the date was changed in my ticket and my ticket booked for 21st June which was technical issue from yatra.i considered that part and not complaint because I thought I will cancel and get my money back but after my booking when I tried to cancel my ticket the option was not appearing for cancellation i was tried alot it was showing refund is not processed from airlines after that also I tried to cancel more then 50 times but not able to get options and as well as tried to reach customer care but your number was not reachable or not getting connected and result was not able to cancel my flight and not able to get my hard earn money back then I tried to reach out ur customer care on whatsup then they asked me to do some formalities of details and then I was able to see the cancellation option and applied for cancel then yatra guys are taking my all money and saying it’s cancellation charges I paid 4356/- Rs and yatra refund after all deduction will be 386/- Rs.only where I tried to reach yatra many times but their customer care no was not connected and i have booked complaint from online plateform and got revert as per trail mail that i am not reachable which was totally wrong my number is working getting Calles also yatra guys are not helping me to get my money and denied to refund money where the technical issue was from yatra end only not from my end.i want my hard earn money refunded.
Kindly consider my request and refund my money.one more thing you said wrong to us that no full refund will be provided within 24 hours of cancellation after booking which is provided by indigo they refunded complete money.

For your information i have all the proofs you can check all attachments.
