I tried to book my flight ticket on 26th December, 2021 and immediately after making the payment I received a call (and an email) from the company that due to some technical fault on their side, my ticket couldn’t be booked and I’ll receive full refund in my bank account in 7 days (Reference id: REF094587314). I never received the refund amount in my bank account and instead they transferred the amount to travolook wallet without even consulting me and that too after so many calls and emails that I sent regarding the refund. And the wallet doesn’t work since last so many months and customer care always gives the same response “wait for some time, there is some technical glitch, it’ll be resolved in one week”.
