I have started classes of my two kids in Beyondskool.The classes went well for few weeks, and we started having issues with tutors later,Internet connection is not stable most of the time.I am Malaysian and me to my kids doesn’t speak Hindi nor understand the language but tutors intent to speak to us in Hindi. I finally request to stop the classes for my kids as they are having additional classes at school. During the enrollment, they said that the refund is based on the remaining classes that are not attended (I have a WhatsApp copy for this).I also was told that the refund will be given to me ( I do have the copy of the email) which I have furnished my bank details)They have stated that will be refunded within 46 working days. After that I kept was asking few staffs and was informed that they no longer in the management and they stop responding. This is when it all started, they stop responding to my emails. When I said that I will go on social media, and they responded and said it will be resolved and they have issues from the finance team regarding my refund and they stopped responding again.
