Text of Complaint by Ankur Gupta:

Dear sir,

My product was cancelled on 28th April 2022 by the seller, and I have not received any refund till date i.e. 11th May 2022.
I raised a complaint on 28th April 2022 itself, the customer care representative said the refund will be credited by 6th of May 22, but it didn’t, again they escalated the matter and gave another date of 10th May 22. Till now nothing has been done. It has been 13 days since I filed this complaint.

My credit card bill is due on 15th of May 2022, after that 14% interest will be charged.
FLIPKART WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THIS ADDITIONAL 14% CHARGES IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED BY 14TH MAY 2022.
