Rf : Services suspended for JioFiber Service ID 299056140748
through the no +914435519276, we have taken a fiber net connection, and the same was not not supported by your company due to technical non feasibility. This net was either working very slow or not working many of the time and stopped working on 1 st Jan 21. A compliant was raised and it was not rectified by your company and subsequently disconnected with a promise of refunding the initial deposit of Rs 1500. Refund not made till today
