Text of Complaint by saish Subhash Surve:

I had paid ₹ 538  by HDFC net banking account using BHIM UPI mobile application to my Airtel wallet number 9324437934 on Mar, 9, 2021 at 12.04 PM for the recharge of same Airtel number of ₹ 548, but have not got any Airtel money. It is still showing ₹10. UPI Id the payment got transferred to is airtelmoney.razorpay@icici (UPI ref No. 106812193529), but didn’t updated  the amount to my Airtel wallet and after an hour received  a message from Airtel stating that payment of ₹ 548.0 attempted via Airtel Thanks App through UPI has failed. order Id 6774947247026716672. if money has been deducted please wait for 2-7 days for a refund or contact your bank.
