Hello there, I am Saurabh Kate i have booked tickets from Adlabsimagica for Aqua Imagica on 20-04-2022 but due to some technical glitch and unresponsive staff support they did not find my booking details so I did not claim the tickets. I have booked tickets of Amounted to 20713.58/- in which included aqua Imagica entry tickets and Food passes. The counter staff told me that i will get refund within a week. since that day i have been following their support team through mails and calls buy everytime I contact them they give me fake promises that i will get my refund tomorrow or today..They always make a fake claim ..It has been more than 2 months i am waiting for my Refund but not a single penny has been refunded.Please find my booking details through Saurabhkate15766@gmail.com which i used for booking the tickets.I have totally harassed for such response from Imagica team. I have not claimed any tickets which i booked but still i have not received any refund from them..They always tell me to share various documents for the refund and i have also made it available for them..
