Sir,
I would like to inform you that I was purchase ARBAN Front and Back Tempered Glass for Motorola Edge 20 Pro under order ID OD223023383482850000 on 05.10.2021 from Flipkart. Same had to be delivered by courier partner on 10.10.2021 but not delivered.
Actually, I wanted cancel this order because I didn’t need this product but I was not able to cancel the order due to some technical issues.
When a delivery boy came to my home on 10.10.2021 at 08:29 o’clock in the morning then I requested to him that I don’t need this product so you cancel it but he said, I have already update this product delivered on flipkart (without given), so I can’t cancel it and now you will have to take it but I didn’t take (CCTV video enclosed of complete conversation).
Further, I called to flipkart customer care many times and explained whole situation every time for refund my money, but flipkart didn’t take any necessary action.
You are therefore requested to register a complaint and take strict action against flipkart and courier partner’s delivery boy.
