Hi Team,

Order I’d: 406-2492150-1461931

We have ordered woodland shoes online through Amazon and on the day of delivery, the shoes were stolen by delivery guy after being told to keep it on the shoe rack at house. We reached our house within 15 minutes after delivery and called back to the delivery guy right after we found the box was empty and he didn’t pick our calls at all. Attaching the screenshots as well. Please note that the outgoing call has 40s-45s of time which is auto record note from Amazon call.

We raised a complaint with Amazon and followed up religiously on the issue. But the response we got is devastating. The investigation was being done whether the shoe was there in the package before the delivery, not whether it was stolen or not.
We trusted Amazon and it’s delivery guy so much that we are paying the cost for it. We did online payment of ₹1,748.00.

The only response we are getting from Amazon is that investigation was being done and we can’t help more about it.

Please help us with this issue, it’s very painful to see our hard earned money getting lost like this. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
