My Product Order ID is 171-7993100-9299565. I Ordered “(Renewed) boAt Rockerz 335 Wireless Neckband”. But I received different model i.e. Boat Rockerz 325 Neckband so I Raised the return Request and returned the product. Even After receiving of the Product back to its Fulfillment Centre my refund was not issued. After I complained so many time for the delay in refund, the Amazon specialist team raised an investigation for getting the reason for delay in refund. On the next day I got an mail from Amazon that the package they received back was empty hence the were not refunding my money. Now the Point is that at the time of pickup of the product from the customer, the pickup agent thoroughly check the package and its content and their after they show the status of the package as “Picked Up and On the Way Back”. So how could my package be empty after the received it back.I have given it to pickup agent and he have cross checked the package and then sent back to Amazon.It clearly states that if the package is empty that means the people involved in shipping the package back to Fulfillment centre are involved in misplacing the package content before it reaches back to its seller. But the Amazon Team is not refunding my money and putting blame on me instead of investigating against the pickup Agent who picked up the Package from me. It clearly shows that Amazon is hiding their team and shipping team mistakes and putting everything on customer. I just want that my refund should be provided to me as son as possible.
