Text of Complaint by Reena Bhadouria:

This email is regarding my return order of campus show for which I have been following up with the team from last 15 days but not receiving any response from your side.

I have spoken to the customer care team and I have been told that the order item is towel and team has received different towel. but I would like to clear that My order ID is 402-9676952-5610723. I placed return due to damage or used item received. Item was picked up by your executive on 19th June 2022 after proper checking the box and invoice and then he accepted my return But now after so many follow up and reminders I have been told by you that incorrect product is received.

This is not my fault because I have followed the protocol of your return policy. Item was properly checked by the executive at the time of pick up and then accepted the return.

Therefore am not at all responsible for this and not satisfied by your revert of your investigation team. Pls ask your team to submit vedio or any proof which can verify that wrong product was handed over. Also I am not at all going to accept this and want my refund to be initiated immediately. I have been harassed by Amazon from last 15 days for my refund.
