Text of Complaint by shobit juneja:

17 oct 2020 i purchased sony earphone for Rs.14990.Delivery was expected on the same day,i was told that i refused the delivery hance parcel was returned to the warehouse.18th i called and requested for delivery i was told delivery would be sent the same day but again i didnt receive my packet.19 oct i called again and was told by amazon employee that parcel was damaged and hence was returned and the order was cancelled.I was told by amazon to place the order again and i placed a new order on 20th oct 2020.Next day i received the new order.After few days i received a mail informing that my first order was delivered.On calling customer care i was told that it was otp based delivery and i got my address changed from new friends colony to palam.After repeated calls today they are telling me that package was delivered to correct recipient.I called them and asked them to hear the conversation on 19th oct 2020 where amazon agent is telling me that order is cancelled and i should place the order again.I asked them to make me hear the conversation where i have asked them to change my address to palam and in reply they are telling me that internal matters cant be shared.Im helpless and seeking refund for a product that i ddnt receive.
