Text of Complaint by Rakesh Das:

I had booked my flight tickets for 27th July and 10th Nov (PNR No. YB5E6R and YIDBYR). There was some changes in my schedule so had to cancel both tickets prior in advance time keeping in mind the penalty charges. While in their app it still shows refund is calculating and isn’t updated for close to 90 days. When I have tried calling their customer care, no one answers or respond. I have also mailed them but no response received yet. Airlines have answered my call saying the have already refunded back to HappyEasyGo, so rather I should ask them. Customer care doesn’t answer and keeps in IVR for longtime.
