I was to get an AMEX Card discount of 10%, which I didn’t get for unknown reasons. I called the Amazon Customer care and I was told that I am eligible for the discount and will get the discount by way of refund. The same was assured by an email after the executive checked that offer that was running at the time of the great Indian sale.
I again called on 14/10/2021 and got assured by mail from Amazon that the discount is available and as I have not got the discount for unknown reasons the refund will be processed after the return period was over.
Till now I have not got refund.
