I have not received the refund for Levi’s Men’s (511) Slim Fit Jeans (18298-0516_Blue_36W x 32L) which was picked up from my place on 27/7/2021.
On calling the customer care, I am told after 1.5 months that the product is not matching and it is at the fulfilment center. I totally disagree with the fact that the product is different because the only place I bought the jeans was from Amazon. The courier person had verified and then picked up my jeans.
The site says that the product is still in transit!
I do not have the refund nor do I have the product. Please look into the matter on an urgent basis.
