I have placed an order (403-5253201-8025115) for a lenovo Tab worth 19636 INR on 10th of May,2021 which I got cancelled on the same day. I have choose to pay the money via emi and my money got deducted from the bank. I could see there is no refund issues though I have cancelled the product on same day and as per amazon policy for non deliverable item amzaon is liable for full refund asap. It has been nearly 1 month where I am still following up for my complaint and every time they are buying some more time. My first emi already got started and paid by me and I am heading towards paying my 2nd EMI. Most frustrating part is that there was no proper way of complaint logged by their customer care team first occasion. I got this information updated while logging complaint second time. It looks like they are not even bothered about solving the problem or any complaint I will make.
I need your help to get my money back as I am feeling cheated in this case.
