I purchased 2 products from Bata on 6th August 2022. on 9th August 2022 I raised a return for both of the products, only one of them got picked and for the other one I had to make several calls to the Bata customer care and after that it got picked up on 20th August 2022. Since then there has been no refund from the Bata company, i have called, emailed and complained about it several times, they just keep postponing it. It has been more than a month and there has been no resolution and no refund. The senior management is of no help as well. They keep telling me that it will take 2-3 days more but nothing happens and there has been no refund.
