Text of Complaint by Ramakrishna Jampani:

I had a placed an order (Order ID: OD125447779725201000) on 12th of July, 2022 and fully paid. delivery supposed to be on 16th July and on 17th july received an SMS saying that the order has been cancelled by seller due to unforeseen reasons. On 17th order status changed to return request cancelled and after some time refund cancelled. I placed a call back request to customer support and team said the issue will be resolved in 3 days and rest is history. As on today there is no resolution provided and my credit card bill generated and i have to make payment which i suppose to receive from Flipkart and not sure when that will be and that amount will be stuck in card.
And from 10th of Aug, Flipkart team stopped responding to my call back requests and sending SMS that they tried reaching but were unsuccessful. I had shared my alternate contact and requested to call me on that number or share their contact number so that i can reach them. Posted on twitter to their CEO or support team, where a bot keep respond a with same message.

All of the raised issues were resolve without any solution and proper feedback on discussion.
