Hi, I have booked an international flight from India to USA via Paytm. Due to some reason one of the connecting flight has been cancelled via airlines and I conveyed the same to Paytm at the very same day. They told me I am eligible for full refund but no refund has been issued to me yet. I talked to the airline aa well regarding this issue, they are saying that as you have booked the ticket via Paytm so the refund request should be from Paytm only not my end. It’s been more than a month now, I am calling paytm helpline almost daily, but they are saying I ll get the refund as soon as possible from last one month. The deadline is supposed to be of a month that also crossed.
