On 12th July I had made 2 transaction to buy mutual funds through paytm money. One of the transaction failed for which refund was received, however, the other transaction was successful but paytm seems to have no record for it. I had checked with the bank and they confirmed on successful credit to ICCL through paytm VPA on 12th itself. They even shared a reference number using which the transaction can be tracked. I have been chasing patym since 2nd August on the refund with no result. For about 10 days they completely ignored my emails and chats. When I reached them on twitter, then they started to reply. Since then they are going in circles and not refunding the amount. Now they claim to have not received any money and asking me to check with the bank again. They seem to have not even checked the reference ID I had shared. I don’t k ow what to do now.
