I have booked oyo room on 23rd of June 2022 and paid online rs 587..I called to the hotel and they denied my Chekinn and asked 400 rs extra amount..I denied to pay 400 extra.i complained the same through customer care oyo for 15 times.. after listening all they are disconnecting my call..this happened for 15 times…before the same thing Happened thrice..my friends also faced the same problem multiple times…please take necessary action against them
