I have bought a wardrobe on 28th Jan 2023, the order was rescheduled for delivery twice as I wanted the product urgently so I cancelled the order to buy offline, the product was returned to the seller on 20th Feb 2023 but still now Flipkart is not initiating the refund and on every follow up the customer representatives says to wait for some days and then when they do not initiate within the time again they give some new timeline and this is going on till now. They are not even telling what is the issue in returning the money just the keeps on repeating the same dialogues on every follow up. Order ID : OD427177536420117100
