Amazon Help let me tell you the whole scenario
I ordered 2 mufti shirts costs 1800rs to me ehich i returned the same day because of size issue and the next day delivery boy picked my product but I don’t get any refund i tried to contact customer service they told me to wait but after fifteen days i received an email from amazon in which they said that the item is incorrect so we don’t issue any refund. If i returned the incorrect item so why did delivery boy picked up my product he could reject it but he didn’t and it took 15 days to told me that i sent wrong item and when i asked for proof and images of the incorrect product they claimed that they disposed the item i told them atleast give me back my shirts but customer service sounds very rude and disconnected my call and now nobody is replying to my mails because they told me that they aren’t going to reply me anymore how could any company do this to their customers and if you checked my order history you guyz lost the count because i ordered so many times from amazon approximately 1000 orders and you guyz make such accusations on me
