I booked a bus ticket(#6494 213207) on 10 Nov via paytm app but I am unable to reach bus operator and then I called paytm team to call bus operator on travelling day because I am unable to contact bus operatorso paytm team also tried about 1 hour to reach them so paytm team told we will initiate refund but so far I did not receive refund please help me.
