On August 16th,2020 I placed an order but because of the wrong input of pin code due to which ordered was not delivered which is understandable but it’s been more than a month now but the money is not yet been refunded yet. Whenever I call the customer care they create a new case saying that the refund is initiated and they are not sure who and how the old tickets are closed without the resolution being given or taking permission from the customer before closing the ticket
