Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a ticket through www.travolook.in on 17.12.2020 and it was automatically cancelled due to fare change. And received a assurance mail of refund as attached. after some days passed on not receiving the refund again i enquired about my refund they promised me 4-5 working days and your refund will be done. since then i am calling them every week and checking out the status. The commitment i got is only wait for next 4-5 working they have never changed their dialogue since that. and when i google about the reviews i saw so many people are facing the same issue like me. I am writing you after i lost my patience and waiting for hard earned money, Now they are promising about half amount refund but that also a fake thing still i am waiting for that too.
Sir, please understand as a common man what rupees 2675 means. Therefore on behalf of sufferer’s i request you to take some harsh action on them so they can’t cheat and make suffer an common man on daily basis and make them refund all the persons who are suffering including me.
Hoping for the best action.
