I had, on 16th Oct 2021, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was “cancelled due to an operational reason” and that a refund will be provided post “10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..”.
Well, just after 10 minutes of payment for ticket booking, a message received by me was that your ticket has been canceled due to fare changes from the airline’s side and you will get your refund soon.
I sent an email to the Travolook support team and asked for my refund at support@travolook.in
. After sending 3-4 mails when I did not get any response I called them. The call was answered by the Travolook support executive and he assured me that they will refund my money within 15 days. Yet, in between 15 days I kept calling them for a refund.It’s been one month refund has not been initiated.
4850 is huge amount…
Kindly help with the issue.
