I had ordered a saree from Meesho. Since the saree did not meet the expectations I had given return request for the same on 21 Aug 2021. A person from shadowfax picked up the saree the very same day. However, the status for the ordered says “The reverse pickup has been cancelled for the order” even though the saree was already picked up. I’m yet to receive the refund. When we called the customer service they are not responding properly. Kindly help resolve this issue.
