I had placed an order on 12/02/2021 on ajio, while making payment through UPI , payment from my side was successful and the amount was debited from my side . But ajio said there was an error and if any amount was deducted, it will be refunded in 5-7 days . It’s been more than 1 month and refund has still not processed. They have stopped replying to my mails too . I am tired of asking updates everyday. Pls help me
