I have ordered(prepaid) 2 gold coins from ajio website on 7th August 2021 and after a while when i tried to cancel the orders ,it dint give me an option to cancel the order,so when i checked the same with customer care team,they asked me to reject the delivery at the doorstep,since cancellation was enabled for that product. I did the same thing,but AJIO has not refunded my money 20,644 rupees since then .They are not even helping me in any way.They are raising complaint ids whenever i approach and close it by themselves after 2-3 days without resolving the issue.
In the app it shows that the product is yet to be delivered .
I have been waiting since 6 months but now i understand they are not gonna help so decided to raise a complaint
