Hi Sir/Madam,
I brought wakefit mattresses though flipkart and i found quality issue on that product and had been requested for returns. as per the concerns the return suppose to be picked up on 19th October 2021 and after that i have to get refund for the same. but till now none of the action been taken to resolve this issue where i had complaints to customer care several times but no one is responding properly. The online channels are cheating to the customers by false assurances and making fools like this.
