good morning sir,
I did not got refund yet for my product fire bolt phoenix smartwatch.I returned the product on 19th august ,i returned the exact product that i received to the pickup boy,after verifying only the product has been picked up and now you are telling different item is received,how is it possible sir.Which item differently you received ? I have shared pictures that i have taken when delivery boy picked it up from me.I need my refund sir.please take serious action and contact me sir.

i don’t have any product to deliver to you ,i have given genuine product that i received,please don’t blame me..i returned the exact product,customer service is not responding properly for this issue ??.Now i did not got product and also refund,what should i do? please don’t play with me sir.. reply me properly what happened, i forwarded you 2 pictures that i have taken while pick up is done.
please verify the images:firebolt box is visible in the images while pick up is done,i don’t know how different item is received
