Ordered a wifi router on the 13th of July 2021 with payment already made while ordering. After 3 days no movement of item hence I had cancelled on the 16th of July. After cancellation I get a pop up saying refund will be initiated within 24 hours after confirming the cancellation with the seller. It’s been 3 days since the cancellation but there is no update. Even the cancellation proceedings are not started. There is no scope of connecting with the customer care as there is none to talk to or address the issue apart from bots which do not serve any purpose.
