I made 2 bookings on 3rd June 2022, one for my wife Name: Rabia Firdos & another in my name Sameer Subzwari, but the bookings got cancelled, stating Canceled due to fare expiration & Refund of Rs 4363 (REF794518227) & Rs 4383 (REF079859728)
I have called multiple times on their customer & every time; they confirm that due to a technical issue, we could not process it & in a week’s time, you will get a refund of Rs 8746 for both tickets. PFB the case IDs I have received for the complaint I raised at Travolook customer care
