It has been around 8 months and I haven’t yet received the refund amount for the flight I5-820 which was cancelled on 13th of feb, 2023.
The booking id is VID2273200770.
The names of the passengers are Anil Kumar Gupta and Bidya ratan Kumari. The flight was scheduled to fly from Ranchi to Bangalore on 16th of feb. The booking was done on 14th of jan.
The amount to be refunded is ₹10150.
