I booked flight ticket Mumbai-Lucknow via travolook which got cancelled, the airlines said they got call from Travolook to cancel the same. Travolook said I will get my refund within 7-10 working days, it has been over 15 days now, I have to make my credit card payment, I will now get penalty and my cibil score will be effected because of these people. I have made a call to them more than 10 times, they would not give me any solution. I have sent them mail, no solution. I am fed up of these people, please help me get my money back.
