- Product delivered to me by JioMart on 21st March,
- Return process initiated on 23rd March,
- Within 2 seconds status shown as “Returned” (World’s fastest and #1 return process)
With a lot of follow-ups, they picked the product on 8th April however no progress on refund till now. Neither of their platforms shows the status now they customer support give accurate details. They only say please wait for 48 hours you will get a response, however no callback, no email, or no message. When I raised this on social media platforms they responded that it will reflect within 7 days which also passed but not even received the message from the bank that the refund initiated. Their customer support says in their system it’s not showing as refund initiated but in the back end it has already initiated at the same time I did not receive any communication from JioMart or bank side on the refund status.
