I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Kolkata via Travolook on 15th November. However, they cancelled my booking saying I will receive refund within 48 hours. One week later, they said the refund will be sent by 29th November. When I didn’t receive the money yesterday, I called customer care, they disconnected my call repeatedly, and the same thing is happening today. I think this is a scam they are running where the company is making money by scamming innocent consumers. I would like to take legal action,so me and my fellow consumers can get their money back, and future consumers also become aware of such fraud businesses.
