Text of Complaint by Hardik Rathod:

I had ordered Iqoo 9 pro legend from my credit card on 14th November 2022 , they cancelled the order with quality check reason and told to initiate the refund within 48 to 72 hours after that 7 to 8 working days to process the amount. After 15 days they initiated the refund on 24th and then in my account the amount was credited. On 26th I reordered the phone and the cancelled the order due to quality check ( same previous reason ) and till todays date 13 December my refund is not yet initiated. They are not reverting me with proper information nor they are replying me through email with correct information. My credit card bill cycle is after 5 days and I will have to pay the emi amount without ordering the phone. I have bared GST charges and processing fee for ordering phone without even having my phone. I have never seen such fraudsters in my entire life. Kindly look in to the matter soon.. I need the refund as soon as possible otherwise my bill cycle will start and my emi amount will be debited. I cannot pay it without having my phone. This is fraud.
