I had ordered Lenovo Ideapad 330S (Core i3 – 8th Gen/4 GB RAM/1 TB HDD/35.56 cm (14 Inch) FHD/Windows 10) 81F400GLIN Thin and Light Laptop (Platinum Grey , 1.67 Kg) – Order ID- 6175855486 and paid Rs.34,740 for the same on 2nd October, 2018. I had received they cashback of Rs. 3000. I have attached all the related screenshots.
The next day I cancelled such order by a call to paytm customer care.
That product was shipped by that time and because of that it has been showing CANCELLATION PENDING.
I have called paytm care a number of times, and they keep of assuring me that the refund will initiate as soon as possible. They told me that once the product reaches the seller, he will inform paytm and it is only then they will be able to initiate the refund. But nothing happened till date.
On 16th October, paytm care emailed me the contact of the merchant – 9540007502. When I contacted the merchant he told me that the they have already contacted paytm regarding this and they confirmed the receiving of the product.
When called paytm customer support on 17th October, customer care executive told me that the refund will be initiated within 72 hours.
I again called the merchant on 18th of October and he provided me with the Ticket ID – 05335615 and told me that they have already confirmed the receiving and now it is the job of paytm to refund the amount.
It has been 21 days now, and no action has been taken on part of paytm to initiate the refund.
Therefore, here I am requesting paytm to kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund of Rs. 31740 (Rs. 34,740 – Rs. 3000 cashback)
