Text of Complaint by Jennifer Fernandes:

I ordered Sofy sanitary pads from meesho and received only 1 out of 4. However, the label stated that the package contains 4. I immediately requested a refund or deliverance of the missing quantity, but meesho has replied that they can’t do anything in the matter. I have faced a loss of more than 1K.
