I have ordered a product on 14th October 2022 and returned the product on 25th October 2022. I have used my credit for the bill payment. According to the customer service, it will take 7 working days to initiate the refund. But after 7 days I have raised a complaint and ask the customer support how much time it will take to resolve. They said it will be resolved by 48 hours. But It’s more than a week and there is no clear resolution. Whenever I tried to connect to the customer service they are saying the team is working and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Now I have to pay the total amount of the product to the credit card, that is 55900.
