I have ordered a product on 13th October and returned the product (not received) on 17th October.. I have used my credit for the bill payment.. According to the customer service, it will take 5-7 working days to initiate the refund. But after 7 days I have raised a complaint and ask the customer support how much time it will take to resolve..They said it will be resolved by 48 hours. But It’s more than a week and there is no clear resolution. Whenever I tried to connect to the customer service they are saying the team is working and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Now I have to pay the total amount of the product to the credit card, that is 32499.
I have stucked for using Jio Mart app.
They are not only providing worst customer service but also the order get automatically cancelled without my concern.
